3D iteration
Dear all,
I have a problem with the 3D iteration. Firstly, I construct an initial jxk matrix. Then, I try to iterate the matrix and to build up a nested matrix. I don't understand where the problem is and I am wondering if there is a better way to program this idea. I have attached the file. Thank you very much for your kind help!!

The file type is not supported, error, PTC mathcad prime 3

Recently I have been working on my mathcad file which include formulas and some pictures and it worked fine for a while. I was able to close it every single day and open the file next day. But today I cannot open the file. The application I have on my system is PTC mathcad prime 3 and I havnot updated or change it since I installed it on my machine. I'm able to open other mathcad files but not this file. The log file says:

Centroid of multiple distributed loads
In the attached Mathcad Prime 3.1 single page worksheet (with pdf print) I am attempting to find the centroid of multiple distributed loads on a beam. The equations work for a single distributed load but I am attempting to make them work for as many distributed loads as the user would like to enter into the worksheet. The Azz vector is changed so that there is not division by zero. The error on f(x) is that it must be an integer. I have attempted to use the vectorize to get around this. Is there another way to make this work?

Mathcad 15 Slider Control Reset
Is there a possibility to reset a slider to a specific value between min/max-range (without closing and re-opening the document), e. g. by pressing a button?
If yes, how would the script of the button and the slider look like, for example if the slider range was from 0 to 10 and the initial value (after reset) would be "3"...?

Solve block problem - 5 eqn & 5 unknowns --> 3 zeros
What does having three zeros ans a solution to a problem with five equations and five unknowns.
Is this problem really divergent? These are measured spring stiffness values by a series of tests so that tweaking the values is completely acceptable within reasonable bounds.

Creating a vector field plot
I am trying to create a vector field plot following the instruction on the Mathcad 15 help.
I used the example for the case of two matrices.
But the matrices have a suffix (I used 3 and 2 above respectively), this suffix number is not explained on the example for the Mathcad 15 help.
Can someone tell me what the suffixes mean?

Help with licensing
Error message = The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. I have MathCAD 14 that I am trying to load on a new computer and although it loads, it can't find a license and I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD WITH PTC OVER 58 MINUTES. I am very worried about being able to access my worksheets if I delete MathCAD from the old computer before it get it working on this new one. Any experiences? I can't even get eSupport because apparently that is only for paying maintenance contract holders. I could understand if it were an execution thing, but I can't even get the damn thing to open! Yes, I am frustrated beyond belief and can't get a soul on the phone, Thanks, PTC!

MathCAD 15 & Excel 2013 interaction problems
Hello MathCAD Comunity!
The company I work for are having serious issues when combining MathCAD 15 with Excel 2013.
We use excel components for various tasks throughout our MathCAD files as follows:
- Section Titles, (excel components used to display title headings, allowing the numbering to be automatically updated)
- Figure Labelling, (excel components used to display figure labels)
- Excel components used to display ‘Utilisation Ratio’ (calculation that shows calculated values versus allowable values, ratio is then displayed as a value, less than 1 = pass, more than 1 = fail.)
- Excel Tables used to allow numerous Utilisation ratios to be displayed together for comparison.
We have numerous problems which I will list below however on the whole they can be described as making mathCAD at best unresponsive and at worst unstable to the extent that doing any work become nearly impossible. The most frustrating point is that PCs with previous versions of excel installed work absolutely fine.
The specific issues are as follows:
- MathCAD is very slow to react with many basic functions (copy / past, save, open, performing calculations etc.)
- Often when opening a MathCAD file, excel automatically opens up then tries to open each of the individual excel components as individual files.
- Upon closing MathCAD, the user is prompted with a warning ‘Excel has had a fatal error and must close’, saving is not possible and all work is lost.
- On occasion the computer behaves very slowly, then entire screen blacks out!
These issues are causing serious problems with our ability to complete projects on time, any advice or possible solutions to these problems would be VERY MUCH appreciated.

Always Getting Error 401 During Licence Activation (Student)

I always getting this error (picture below). I want to activate my Mathcad 15 but it wont work. My user account won't work the Licence Code is working but then comes the Login and I'm getting this error. What can I do to fix this?

Mathcad Prime 3.1 font size issue
Hi,
I am having a slight issue regarding font size in Prime 3.1. Please see the attached screenshot. 
It seems that when I am using in-line maths in a text region my text size gets muddled up. I have text size set to 10 point, however after placing in-line maths for some reason the text size changes itself to 11 point, meaning that I have to manually go back and adjust all my font sizes You can see in the screenshot that I placed the in-line maths expression gamma_G:=1.50 then the following text 'Reduction factor' is now 11 point.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and know a fix? Thanks
